Before producing our first EVOO

At Martín de Prado, our story begins long before we produced our first EVOO. It starts with a family deeply connected to the countryside, with an extensive agricultural and livestock tradition built generation after generation and an understanding of the land based on knowledge, respect and the constant pursuit of excellence.

An olive mill in Trujillo

This experience accumulated over the years, together with the desire to go a step further in caring for our olive trees and bringing greater value to their fruit, led us in 2015 to create our own olive mill in Trujillo, Cáceres, in the heart of Extremadura.

Since then, Martín de Prado has represented the union of tradition and rigour in the production of our EVOOs. We control every stage, from the olive grove to bottling, with one clear objective: to obtain extra virgin olive oils capable of faithfully expressing the character of every variety, every harvest and our land.

EVOOs with their own identity

The result is a range of EVOOs with their own identity, produced to exacting standards and created for those seeking more than a great olive oil: the taste of an origin, a family and a way of doing things.
